Joseph Miorelli and Company, Inc., is a General Contractor and Specialty Concrete Subcontractor. We have been established since 1939, and are now celebrating our 60th anniversary.

We have been located for 60 years at our present address, and maintain our warehouse and shop facility at Jeanesville, PA.

As General Contractors our specialty is in design-build construction. We concentrate our efforts in commercial, industrial, and non-governmental institutional work. We will provide complete construction services from design, permitting, building structure, and all plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler and electrical work.

Our General Construction Department also does renovation, repair and maintenance services.

Our Specialty Concrete work is concentrated in lightweight insulating concrete roof decks and geo-technical engineered fills. We pour Zonolite, Mearlcrete and Celcore insulating roof fills. These roof decks are used in both new construction and reroofing projects. They provide positive roof drainage, lightweight and fire resistive construction.

Our geo-technical fills are used for void filling, achieve zero balance load relief over unsuitable soils, and annular fills.

We pride ourselves in operating all operations in a safe and efficient manner, both for our employees and also for you, our customers. We have had several years of "zero" lost time accidents, our experience modification rate is evidence of our record.
